Do not use this company, I don't like to write bad reviews but I don't want anyone else to go through what I did. On the phone they told me the service charge included cleaning. The guy was 3 hours early and I had to reschedule my whole day. He accidentally dumped a bottle of rubbing alcohol all over my floor and just kept working, he didn't even clean it up, I had to. He came in and said my gas from the house wasn't working and that's it, he didn't clean or service any of the gas units and charged me $175. I told him that t... read more

I can only say I have to caution you it says free estimate on their website but is not free it will cost you $79 for them to come out and evaluate your problem . I called them because they had 5 stars. They never told me there was a trip charge, the site said free estimate. He states he tore the fireplace a part, but he did not he was in and out in five minutes. No such tearing apart of the fireplace.
