I can't rave enough about the Chim Chimney team that came to my home. They arrived promptly, did a complete assessment of the situation and provided me options on how to address the removal of the birds that had made a nest in my fireplace. They removed the birds as humanly as possible and ensured that my fireplace was safe to operate. They did not try scare tactics to upcharge me. They told me exactly what they were going to do, and charged me a fair rate. I would recommend this family owned company to anyone.
We just had them replace our chimney liner and I can't say enough good things about Joe and Chim-Chimney. Joe is honest and does excellent work. We're having him do another project for us before the end of the summer.

I had a Fireplace Chimney redone recently on Dennis Rd in Southampton. Joe and his crew came out on time and finished the job on time. The work was excellent, the Chimney looks great, couldn't be happier. They even cleaned up expertly.
Good old fashioned customer service. I call Joe on short notice with a question - he came out right away to take a look, got my problem squared away and made some really important recommendations while he was here. He showed me everything he looked out and explained what was happening, and gave me a very reasonable quote to have the work done, which we will do before next season. We had a serious problem with our fireplace chimney--smoke was coming out everywhere except out of the chimney! The guys from Chim-Chimney arrived promptly, diagnosed the problems, and fixed the cracks and poorly working damper system very nicely. We will now be able to enjoy our fireplace again.
