Nice product easy to assemble
Excellent customer service called on Friday cause I needed a special connector from their chimney liner system to hook to my stove. The part arrived Monday evening highly recommend great company.

Ordered a custom-bilt cap to protect my chimney from rain and elements. Sent drawings depicting solid lid cap cover. Received a cap ($110) with 4 holes (each top corner). Fred told me afterward that this is how they do it and I was advised to put some silicon on lol On top of that, one of the mountings was misthreaded. Their policy mentioned of course that they are not responsible for anything...
