I was blown away!!! They had a busy day and had to come a little later. THEY WERE WORTH THE WAIT!!!!!!! Carlos and his team came in. They were extremely polite. Extremely fast, skilled. I cannot put into words the level of service these gentleman provided for My brothers and I. I am very partial to this home. My father built it. I had a great experience with Chily’s. They came out promptly and got the measurements needed for the estimate and finished the job swiftly. Jenn was very helpful and kept me in the loop during the entire process. I would do business with Chily’s again and I would definitely recommend.

Backed out the day they were supposed to start! Not flexible to clients needs or wants. Could not even bother with sending someone out that actually does the work to assess the job before hand. Just wanted measurements and pictures. Customer services lacks professionalism. Gave no direction to to homeowners of what was needed to be done before they showed up. Then backed out when about a TV that was attached to a built in entertainment center that was not in the way. Would not recommend.
