I had a great experience with Chily’s. They came out promptly and got the measurements needed for the estimate and finished the job swiftly. Jenn was very helpful and kept me in the loop during the entire process. I would do business with Chily’s again and I would definitely recommend.
Backed out the day they were supposed to start! Not flexible to clients needs or wants. Could not even bother with sending someone out that actually does the work to assess the job before hand. Just wanted measurements and pictures. Customer services lacks professionalism. Gave no direction to to homeowners of what was needed to be done before they showed up. Then backed out when about a TV that was attached to a built in entertainment center that was not in the way. Would not recommend.
Missed 6 outlet boxes...used my tractor and destroyed it without permission....didnt properly secure panels...took a chunk of concrete out of my front porch....left full salsa cups under my stairs...Stay away
Unprofessional. Do not waste your time or money. Does not even return a call.
