Bought a gift for my mum here and would highly recommend! Was nervous making such a large purchase via online store, however communication was excellent and proactive and they texted Australia Post tracking details as soon as possible. Ordered on a Wednesday morning and received in Queensland the very next morning, around 24hours later. Super impressed with the communication and service, and very happy with the quality of product! I visited your store to request a repair for a loose cubic zirconia stone in my sterling silver ring, as well as a cleaning for a pair of earrings made from the same material. However, I was informed that your store only services “real diamonds” and therefore could not assist me. I find this policy concerning, as your store sells jewellery made from the same materials I requested servicing for.
