What started as a casual visit for a necklace turned into finding my engagement ring. It truly felt meant to be. The range of vintage jewellery is beautiful and thoughtfully curated, with incredible value and quality. The service was attentive, knowledgeable and never pushy. I later returned for my husband’s wedding day gift — vintage cufflinks that were just perfect and something to treasure for years to come. We cannot recommend Chilton’s higher for anyone wanting something timeless and truly special.
I had a bit of a hiccup with my ring, but the jewelry store’s response was outstanding. The manager personally reached out, replaced the stone with a beautiful opal at no extra charge, and even provided a complimentary cleaning kit. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was truly impressive. I’m incredibly grateful and highly recommend them!

I went in to get a appraisal on my late grandmothers piece and the two ladies were so rude did not want to help me at all, looked me up and down Told me the evaluation lady wasn’t in I had to ask when she would be in they were vague didn’t want to answer me could not believe the judgement I received. Would not recommend!!
Wonderful experience at Chilton’s. I was looked after by Nicole who was very knowledgeable and helpful. She went out of her way to help me find what I was looking for and I didn’t feel pressured to purchase. I walked away with the exact style of gold necklace I was looking for at a very reasonable price. I’ll be back again soon! Highly recommend, not just for the fab service but also for the incredible range available in store.
