Came here on Saturday to look at engagement rings with my partner and had a wonderful experience. Despite me coming in at almost closing time, they were happy to help and let me try on several rings while being very warm and welcoming. The amount of beautiful vintage/antique rings they have here is insane! My only regret is that I didn't come earlier, so I'll be coming back soon to take my time and look at everything properly.

What started as a casual visit for a necklace turned into finding my engagement ring. It truly felt meant to be. The range of vintage jewellery is beautiful and thoughtfully curated, with incredible value and quality. The service was attentive, knowledgeable and never pushy. I later returned for my husband’s wedding day gift — vintage cufflinks that were just perfect and something to treasure for years to come. We cannot recommend Chilton’s higher for anyone wanting something timeless and truly special.
I had a bit of a hiccup with my ring, but the jewelry store’s response was outstanding. The manager personally reached out, replaced the stone with a beautiful opal at no extra charge, and even provided a complimentary cleaning kit. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was truly impressive. I’m incredibly grateful and highly recommend them!
