Bought a gift for my mum here and would highly recommend! Was nervous making such a large purchase via online store, however communication was excellent and proactive and they texted Australia Post tracking details as soon as possible. Ordered on a Wednesday morning and received in Queensland the very next morning, around 24hours later. Super impressed with the communication and service, and very happy with the quality of product! Would shop here again for sure!!!

I visited your store to request a repair for a loose cubic zirconia stone in my sterling silver ring, as well as a cleaning for a pair of earrings made from the same material. However, I was informed that your store only services “real diamonds” and therefore could not assist me. I find this policy concerning, as your store sells jewellery made from the same materials I requested servicing for. — Edit— the response from the owner is a complete cop out. My partner and I both checked the open hours, multiple times on different devices in the days leading up to visiting, and the morning of departing. It’s very interesting how after leaving my review we went to eat and checked the website again just out of curiosity before leaving the area, and the open hours had magically changed to “Closed”. I have just had the most wonderful experience dealing with Chilton’s using their online store . I was a little bit hesitant to buy a ring online however I would certainly recommend Chilton’s as the staff are friendly and quick to answer my inquiry about size . Ring arrived basically the next day and fits like a glove 🙏 Thank you Chilton’s for the positive experience I will definitely be purchasing from your gorgeous shop again. Suzie
