I don’t even want to leave a bad review because the physical therapist is great and the facility is great. Unfortunately the women at the front desk reception area are very rude, it’s the only place I have ever experienced the “Gen Z Stare” from a group of women over 50. When you walk in you are supposed to check in, from what I thought, but from the way I am not greeted or acknowledged through the giant glass window makes it seem as if I shouldn’t be bothering them. I do not recommend this facility in Wayne NJ , especially for people of color. I had an appointment at Atlantic Health Rehabilitation in Wayne, New Jersey today 4/9/26 The office had recently moved, and it was very difficult to find the new location. As a result, I arrived approximately five minutes late. When I arrived, there was another patient at the front desk speaking with the receptionist and scheduling multiple appointments. I was a client at Atlantic Health Rehab in Pompton Plains. I had a complete physical recovery from a TBI with the help of an amazing Physical Therapist Muneer O. He was professional and so knowledgeable. I was having vestibular issues among other issues and Muneer hung in there with me for as long as it took. He challenged my brain and I have recovered successfully. There are good therapists at this location, but it’s hard to get appointments with them. My initial evaluation was performed unprofessionally and poorly. Overall, I learned some helpful exercises, but won’t continue treatment at this location.
