suffer mental health issues was referred back to doctor to get further tests done and got advised no you had a test back in october everything was ok regardless to the fact lifestyle has completely changed since october and having the issues taken off meds within half an hour that your supposed to wean off due to this having bad symptoms and told to just have another bath asked for mental health meds to be looked at as i’m struggling very very badly was advised no not needed you only suicidal cos of meds you have had stopped... read more
Very happy with practice. I've always found staff friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, Receptionists, HCA's, Nurses and Doctors. No complaints at all
Absolutely disgusting attitude from one of the receptionists. Stuck on her high horse with absolutely no sympathy or compassion for patients with mental health conditions and then refused to give her name when asked so it could be raised in a complaint
