They have the best body man in norcal. The man is amazing with metal.
The body shop successfully repaired my vehicle (paint job is amazing) and provided photos of the repairs, when I was on vacation. They also checked in to see if I needed a rental car, which I really appreciated. Big shoutout to the team. They were super friendly and made the entire repair process quick and easy. Thank you for the great service!
I was told my vehicle would be ready in 10 days, which was clearly not true. The repair time has now been dragged out to 37 days with no accountability and poor communication throughout the process. This delay has caused serious inconvenience, including my rental period expiring entirely because of their mismanagement. I have been going to Al and his team for a recurring issue on my car where the bumper keeps falling off. He has been extremely gracious and didn't even charge me since this is an ongoing issue. I can't think of my auto body shops that would do that.
I can't say enough good things about Chilton Auto Body on Bayswater. Al and the front desk staff are awesome. I've been a regular customer for at least 5 years now and don't go anywhere else. They are professional, thorough, and always on time with meeting their delivery times, and above all, HONEST.
