Louis and Nick came to replace my ancient electric hot water tank (unvented mains pressure system), up in a third floor flat, and did a great job. They were really professional and friendly, and helped with all my questions. They were also very efficient with booking and completing the job. I would definitely recommend them.

I am impressed with the help I received from Louis, on two separate occasions. When a part was needed, he got into his van and drove to a plumbing supplier, got the part, returned and fitted it that same afternoon. That is good service.

Be aware ….. new boiler fitted Nov 2024…. However, damage to electric cabling during fitting causing no power to my washing machine…… Louis suggested I use an extension lead …… no attempt to put things right….. many attempts on my part to get him to make good the shoddy work had no effect on him. No apology at all. .I hired an electrician who put things right and suggested Louis pay the bill. No response to that either. Just a warning to others that there is little integrity with this company and don’t do what I did and pay ... read more
