We've been customers for over 4 years, taking 3 cars for routine maintenance and repairs. We're treated fairly and honestly and they've never tried to up-sell a service. At the beginning, we had two instances when dealerships quoted for costly repairs to our cars and Chilson's fixed the actual problem (not the up-sell problem) for very reasonable rates.
