Called for an estimate and was quoted an outrageous price just for an estimate (which are usually free??) so I called another company. The man I spoke to on the phone was also extremely rude and unprofessional. Not how you get customers. Lastly, the reason I called this company to begin with is because a friend of mine said they had heard decent things. These guys were on time and explato me what was wrong and what they did to resolve my electrical outlet issues. Going to use them to move an outlet over the fireplace.
Never even got to get them at my house. Called day of the problem , explained in detail what happened . Had an appointment set up for an estimate the following day, the next day comes and someone a me last minute of the quoted time and said he was on his way , but they can't do an estimate , they have to charge me by the hour , plus diagnostic's.
