If I could give negative stars, I would. I have a 2020 Wrangler that is still under manufacturer warranty. At 44622 miles, the right-side exhaust camshaft failed due to excessive delamination. I went to Chilson in Lake Hallie because they are our local Jeep dealer and we bought two Jeep from the previously. They were great to work with. Not this time. Terrible service, none of the employees want to do their job. I'm a Carrier and I've been waiting for the car for more than an hour. I wonder if someone will pay me for the waiting time. I don't recommend these guys to anyone
People here are friendly at first glance, but there are employees like Jason and Chad. Who don't do their job, I'm a car carrier and I'm very not happy with this dealer. After all, every time I come here, I wait at least an hour to check the car. Treble service
