DO NOT USE this service. Check her YELP. It's FULL of negative reviews with the same issues. I wish I had seen her yelp page before working with her. Definitely left this same review there. This woman was hired to do my 2024 taxes and review my 2023 return. That was two months ago. I have been a customer of Chilson Business for about 10 years and recommend them to anyone looking for tax services.
Can not get her to call me back left my tax papers and a deposit check over six months ago and nothing. Now in trouble with the IRS. Next step file a claim on her license and with the BBB so others don't get in this real bad mess I'm in. Please Beware!!!!
I have been using Denise for over ten years. She knows Quickbooks better than anyone I have ever worked with. She has always guided me right and easily explained issues and clear on fix them. In the past, she had some issues with taking care of you ailing father and that affected her time line. But he has passed and that is behind her. She can work remotely or come to your office. I like her to come to the office 2 times a year and work with me. I would highly recommend her.
