Came to the Martinez BBQ event for some good brisket. They wouldn’t let me order three of the brisket for the three meat combo so I ordered two 18$ dollar combos because my two young kids usually just eat the meat along with my husband. First of all they would not serve it to me without the sauce, this didn’t really make sense to me but they said they would put it on the side. Great food and service! Check them out if you see them out and about in Concord
First time I had to completely throw away food from a food truck. Ordered the brisket dog and the casing they use is like a tarp. You can't bite through it and if you manage to get a bite the casing stays intact and you have to end up spitting it out. Would also recommend lightly toasting the buns on the dog and volcano to avoid the soggy slop they turn into in 2 minutes. Brisket on the volcano also just doesn't have much flavor. great BBQ, Mac n cheese was like an angel peed on your tongue, great potato salad(very good). they do puppy cups if you have a dog and my dog got brisket 🥹 cup. very nice owners and overall great establishments. I definitely recommend
