Amazing brisket. Had it last night at a local event in San Ramon. It was awesome. Highly recommended!
Great food and service! Check them out if you see them out and about in Concord
First time I had to completely throw away food from a food truck. Ordered the brisket dog and the casing they use is like a tarp. You can't bite through it and if you manage to get a bite the casing stays intact and you have to end up spitting it out. Would also recommend lightly toasting the buns on the dog and volcano to avoid the soggy slop they turn into in 2 minutes. Brisket on the volcano also just doesn't have much flavor. great BBQ, Mac n cheese was like an angel peed on your tongue, great potato salad(very good). they do puppy cups if you have a dog and my dog got brisket 🥹 cup. very nice owners and overall great establishments. I definitely recommend
The best BBQ around! Go for the 3 meat platter with 2 sides and chow down!
