Chilly Willy is a great dude and professional. He came out quickly when our old unit froze up and was able to install a new one the following week as soon as the units came in. Just in time before the heat wave. Great at communicating through the whole process and he was able to beat the other quotes I had gotten. Can’t recommend him enough, don’t be silly y’all!

Willy and his team are very knowledgeable in their field. Estimate was completed quickly and proposals available within 24 hours. Parts were also ordered in a timely manner as well. After this, overall general communication was poor. While the recent weather events played a factor in getting my unit installed I never should have had to continue to check in with my contractor to see when work would be completed and more importantly waste my time when he did now show up when he said he would on any of the 3-4 visits to my hou... read more

My ac/heat would not cut on after these freezing temps thought the unit froze up. We put new batteries in the thermostat still wouldnt cut on. I Called chilly willy around 730pm he showed up right away, little to no wait time! He figured out what was wrong in no time. I needed a new thermostat, he replaced it right away and the unit cut back on immediately. Over all great service. Highly recommend 👌 you will be satisfied! Thanks Chilly Willy!

I recommend Willy for Water Heater replacement and repair work!! He is hard working professional with pleasant personality. My tankless water heater needed repair. Willy talked to manufacturer on my behalf to get parts under warranty for free. He then installed broken heat exchanger which is no small feat since it requires overhauling the whole unit, replacing almost all major parts.

Very professional. Explained things thoroughly. Worked late into the night to get our heat pump changed out to be sure we were well taken care of. Would recommend, and will call for any future service needs without hesitation!
