Paid > £300 for 6 weeks' hire. The unit did not work. Based on the condition of the unit (it looked a decade old) and the fact that they did not call us back when we complained (apparently the fact that I did not know what was wrong with the unit meant that my two phone calls were treated "with a pinch of salt"), we reasoned that perhaps residential users are not a priority for them. Chilly Pepper Hire are a pleasure to work with. John is light hearted but very professional. I would recommend this outfit, should you need your home or office cooled this summer!

Friendly and helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. Had my flat at the perfect temperature for my grandmothers stay! Highly recommend.

Great service from a friendly company. They are apparently a small family company, and they were certainly very friendly and helpful. A real personal service with no issues. Really pleased. I wish more companies were like this. No hesitation in recommending them to my friends.
