Nat was fantastic fitting my dog and was able to find the perfect fit for a pulling harness for our skijoring adventures
I eventually got an excellent coat for my dog - but sadly the customer service was rushed, sending me a smaller size - when I wanted bigger - then eventually sending me a bigger coat which now fits. Different people gave me different information about what would be coming in the order and everyone tried to avoid the (promised) zoom chat which would have solved the problem and gotten me the right coat the first time. I bought a coat for my dog 7 years ago and it’s still going strong! She’s 65lbs and on the long and lean side - the Chilly Dogs coat fits her perfectly. She’s a senior now so I’m trying to buy her pyjamas for the winter and this was the first place I looked haha, thought I’d finally leave a review :)

I've been using chily dog coats for about 4 to 5 years now. We had one for our now past 17-year-old dachshund, one for our currently 5-year-old dachshund and one for our 2-year-old dachshund.
