The tech, Drayton did a great job. He was very nice and explained everything to us. We have a small leak which required a couple of lbs of refrigerant. He told us just to let them know if we need anything else. We appreciate the prompt service on a very hot and holiday weekend. We will definitely be using y’all in the future when we have to purchase a new unit.
As always, they were great to work with. In these summer temps, it’s really important to have a reliable HVAC company to keep your house cool. I made the initial call and they were there the same day, which is rare. If you want fast, reliable, and honest work, look no further!
I WOULD BE VERY CAREFUL USING THIS COMPANY! We had them come to check out our system. They came and looked at it and the service tech told us that all of our freon had leaked out of our system and that the type our system used was no longer available. That we would need a new system and that would run $8000.00 to $10,000.00 dollars. They charged us $75.00 for coming and looking at our system.
