Chilly Bens has been the best company I have worked with since I moved to Tennessee. This year I had to break down and purchase new HVAC systems for my house. This was discovered after a maintenance call with Drayton. Charlie came out to go over my options and was a wealth of information. The crew was very professional in everything they did and Brandon and Clay took the time to show me everything I need to know about each system so it runs efficiently. Ben's team did a great job replacing our units! All of the guys were professional and courteous.
Draddy ( the technician) was wonderful friendly and knew his stuff!! His service was great. I didn’t like that they still charged a diagnosis fee, even though we had them fix the issue. I’m ok to pay a diagnostic fee if we don’t use their services, but feel it’s a bit excessive to also pay it if we are going to add labor and parts to the bill. Would definitely use them again if I wouldn’t have had to by the additional $75 above labor and parts!!
Prompt, professional and courteous. Made the whole process of having to replace a 19 year old unit painless and easy. End result, fit and finish was very nice.
