Drove 4 hours away for Terry to change the description on the post from 125k miles to 225k. Even showed the post to my friend, and he witnessed it. So I certainly didn’t “misread” the information on the Facebook listing. Untrustworthy, unconsiderate, and very unprofessional. Don’t not trust this man.
🚫 Beware of dishonest sellers. Drove 4+ hours with a friend after seeing a Facebook ad that clearly stated the truck had 125,000 miles. When we arrived, the actual mileage on the dash was 215,000. That’s a 90,000-mile lie. Seller acted awkward, avoided conversation, and when confronted, claimed “it’s always been that way.” Complete lack of honesty or accountability. I never leave reviews… ever. As a fellow Small Business Owner, I wouldn't recommend. If I could put a 0 out of 5 stars, I would. Simply an inconsiderate business owner where you wonder how he even has a business… Don’t rent here, go across the street to the BP Gas Station where they are considerate and genuinely care about offering u-haul rental services.
Great service and it was the only uhaul within 10 miles from wesley chapel that had the trailer size I needed that day.
Rented a small U-Haul today. The gentleman could not have been nicer. Definitely recommend.
