Jacob and the installing team were everything you could ask for. Customer focused, professional, went the extra mile when a few uncontrollable things popped up (small scratch on the back cover from shipping). We had a new furnace, AC unit and ductwork replaced. True consultant instead of just another salesman when reviewing scope of work and expectations.
We recently had our preventative HVAC maintenance completed by ChillTex, LLC and couldn't be happier with the service. The technician was professional, friendly, and took the time to thoroughly inspect and service our heating and air conditioning system.
