Says they are open until 4pm on Sunday. Twice I have been there at 2pm and the doors were locked. Worst thing for a business is unpredictable hours. Probably won’t be around long.
I tried to call to get some information on pricing, services, etc. and both ladies that spoke with me acted annoyed and as if i should already know what services they offer and understand all of the different terminology, which was quite frustrating when I was trying to give them my business. Will be looking at other options in Cincinnati after that awful interaction.
Started coming here a month ago for the whole body cryotherapy. It has helped tremendously with joint pain for someone over 50 with achy joints. Have incorporated it along with my working out and starting back for golf season. Staff is friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to try some of the other services!
I love the full body cryotherapy. I have knee, hip and back pain from playing football and golf. The cold air took it all away and that’s why I bought 20 visits to use.
