Great service and fast
Didn’t give me a full tank of gas Only reason I got a slight deal was because they gave my boyfriend one initially and had to honour it for me Didn’t tell me anything about the vehicle (it was a different brand to be fair) Had a rock chip in the window
Awful experience all around purchasing from Tim. The initial items that came up during the 'once over' that needed repair before taking the vehicle off the lot was the worst of it. He claimed he checked with the service department about various items and claimed they said things "weren't fixable" or "just like that". To find, when speaking directly to the GM and service department, they could be fixed and they ended up doing it. He also claimed that the brakes were just done. The staff is very friendly and understanding though the inconsistency with loaner vehicles and remedying our electronic issue is frustrating. Their service department is quite available though they were going to let me know when they could accommodate my vehicle but it has been a week with no communication... 🤔
