Danielle helped me purchase my car after my previous VW was totaled by a drunk driver. She was awesome and helped me pick the right car without pressuring me into anything. If you are interested in a Volkswagen, I would recommend speaking to Danielle. She will get you the right car at a good price, while talking to you as if you are an actual human
The man who was at the service desk was very nice. However, I have some issues. First of all, when I called to make an appointment, I could barely understand the woman or hear her because of background noise. She gave me a time of 8:15 am which confused me because on line it says your not open til 8:30. Secondly, my car was not washed even though I spent a lot of money. I was browsing their inventory online. I found a vehicle I was interested in taking a look. I wasn’t planning on getting a new car that day. I spoke to the salesman and he said that car isn’t available… One thing led to the next, he started asking what I needed in a vehicle, and what my budget was. I did not want to pay much more than my current car payment but turns out it ended up being more than double the price at the end. Workers there were really kind and welcoming, explained information thoroughly and made the purchasing process simple
I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership for vehicle service. I am still waiting for them to replace parts that their technician broke without saying anything. They returned my vehicle and expected me to forget about it. A service representative encouraged me to write a review and told me the parts would arrive the following week, but there has been no follow-up and no parts after five weeks.
