Terrible service. Got there when they open at 12. Not many people in there and still took 3 1/2 hours to be seen. Not on a first come first serve basis I guess. Make sure you tell them your condition is worse than it is so you actually get helped in a timely manner. I went up to the front desk 3-4 times asking when I was getting called and they would say “You’re up in 2 people” and then 5 people would go and I wouldn’t get called and the office workers would say “oh they’re sicker than you…” Overall a terrible experience, I ... read more
The nurses and staff took good care of me. Even when life happened and I had no idea what to do they were there for me. They were respectful, caring and just a sweet group of people working there. You can really tell they care about the community and truly do want to help. Sometimes the wait can be longer then one would like, however that is out of their control. Everything within their control was done with such care. THANK YOU!
I am so thankful that we have an urgent care available now.I would’ve sat for hours in the ER waiting to be treated, but was in and out of there and under 40 minutes with stitches and all. The doctors and nurses were very friendly as well!
Id give a 0 if I could. Rude, unprofessional, not willing to see a child because it would over load the girl that's been there all day. They said they could do what we needed for our son but refused to because this women was there all day, this is after making us wait for a while. Happened a 2nd time now also. So for sure will never ever ever enter this building waste of money and space
Was dealing with a sickness for 3 weeks that escalated to moderate chest pain, so I was told by nurse hotline to see a doctor and that the UCC would be faster. You’ll wait longer here than the hospital. Came in with 3 people ahead of me but when it got busier I watched them take multiple patients before me and waited an hour and 30 minutes to only see a triage nurse, not even the doctor. Go to a walk in or the hospital.
