I had a great experience here. It’s important to remember it is urgent care, and cases are triaged accordingly, which is great compared to a walk in clinic which is FCFS. The facility is so clean, and every staff member here was so kind, and patient. I went in shortly after they opened (12:20pm) and was seen by an LPN and then an RN and out by 1:50PM. My sister and I visited this care centre today with severe symptoms. We are not from the area but the staff made us feel welcomed and taken care of. They care about you and want to make sure you’re good before you go home. One of my best experiences visiting an urgent care in BC.
So they saw me the same day. I got a prescription. The staff was nice enough, the waiting area clean. However the doctor never called me back like the desk said they would, to tell me about my xray results.. I would advise to be diligent as you will be ignored or forgotten about. So 3 stars for that reason. Although still better than the hospital for wait time.
