The voice recording that I got on the phone clearly stated to call and confirm and leave one message to confirm an appointment. after doing so 2 weeks ahead of time at the requested date I found out days later that my appointment had been cancelled from the clinic siting that I had not left a message. Ridiculous after waiting months for an important surgery to get sent back to the bottom of the waiting list. such a lack of professionalism check your messages or update the voicemail recording to match your policies.
Dr Schwarz removed my gallbladder. I was very happy with the care I received from my office visit, surgery and follow up. I highly recommend him and his office.
Highly recommend Dr. Zroback for your vasectomy. Barely any pain after he did mine.
