Have been tested there a few times with no issues. BUT the last time they gave me 2 INCOMPLETE RAPID TEST KITS (missing test tube, test tube rack, and sterile swab). I call the hospital to kindly let the know they are handing out incomplete test kits and they tell me to call Fraser Health; in the end, they both just point the finger at each other. I call the site and nobody is answering the phone. I wonder how many people like me, pick a test up, drive home, to find out the kit is incomplete. Very frustrating.
Website said appointment wasn't necessary. Woman at location said they were closed to walk-ins and refused me the test, told me I had to understand that they were "overwhelmed by demand." I was literally the ONLY person there.
