Charged me for time even though they didn’t change my tires and said they couldn’t put them on and told me they were bad and had holes and asked me to get 4 new summer tires, I knew I only used them for two sum so it should have at least one summer, so I went to Kal tires and they put them on this week with no issues whatsoever and they said it will last another 16000km so I can buy next year.
If you value your money and time, avoid this shop. They charge more than the dealership. My friend just had his car inspected here and showed me the quotes, I just can't believe the numbers they quoted 54 dollars for an air filter? Where do you get your parts from? Just asked the dealership and oem was 35 dollars. They even quoted 2 alignment in the same work order.
The team at pro auto are amazing and knowledgeable. They ensure excellent work and service and are up front with pricing. They have fixed my car on multiple occasions and the service is exceptional and consistent. Definitely a recommend
I’ve been going to Pro Auto Care for about a year and a half for both my personal and company vehicles and have had nothing but great interactions and work done. Hannah is always helpful and welcoming when booking and the quality of the work is great. I’ve had no re-occurring issues. I will continue to come here for years to come. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a trustworthy / quality shop for all their car’s needs. Keep up the great works guys
