Great place very helpful Great work friendly and affordable
Pretty poor customer service. On the phone with Dave and it just feels like he doesn’t want to talk to you. He’s quite rude and brash. Ordered a part over a week ago and just called in to check on it and they have no idea what’s going on and asked for the model number again and didn’t even know what part I ordered or what machine it was for and didn’t have an answer or any update.
I’m quite sure that I have never had a more unhappy disinterested rude salesperson in my life. Stay away. Drive to Abbotsford. The guy looked like he had a swift pint of vinegar for breakfast. I love supporting local small businesses but not this one. I’d drive to Abbotsford of go to Home Depot. I hope they fail.
