Been waiting for a call back for 1.5 weeks now. Receptionist answers and always sends me to the voicemail of the other receptionist who does the doctors bookings. They say on the voicemail not to leave multiple voicemails so I’m taking this as they do this often. I have no started my search elsewhere for a doctor…

Doctor Roux is great, no complaints. Unfortunately, just horrible customer service from the receptionist. Twice now my appt has been missed because rather than calling my number, they called someone else’s. This time has resulted in my inability to refill a prescription that I desperately needed. Firstly, the doctor was not in on the day I scheduled my actual appointment and called a day early. My husband Les & I go to Dr. Brusseau, he has taken excellent care of us. We’re so thankful to have him as our doctor. He continues to go above and beyond in providing care for us as his patients. I highly recommend Dr.Brusseau.

The receptionist office intentionally puts you on hold I called at 1:52 and was on hold for 15 minutes. A message then comes on saying at the end of 15 minutes you will need to call again. I called again and message says “if you have received this message our office is closed”. Very frustrating and unprofessional

Typically a great place to deal with but office staff need to be reminded that dealing with sick or injured people requires empathy. I have 15 years of experience working in the healthcare industry and I know some patients can be difficult but saying something rude in a professional soft voice is still rude. Be kind, you have no idea what people on the other end of the line are dealing with.
