NOTICE ALL THE NEW 5 star reviews?? Surely a business can’t get that many in just a few days right after a negative one is posted. Stay far away. They create emails all day and create reviews to push down the bad ones but be warned. These people are crooks. (pick the one star reviews and read) don’t let a couple good ones fool you. I bought a nissan pathfinder 2023 rock creek. It broke down after 3 weeks. Completely dead. I am supplying the video here. I wanted a diagnostic and a nissan technician report and none of it was provided. I regret this purchase. They tried to give me a little car I didn't even fit in. I had to go back and request something bigger. I thought by the customer service when purchasing the vehicle was amazing, only to find the service wasn't great. I am deeply disappointed. I haven't even purchased a Car yet and got the best customer service in BC! By far! I have been to 10+ dealerships. No pressure and a calm process. Ohhhh no I bought the rock creek and now it died in squamish. Completely shut down and said system error. I want to see the service report.
I have purchased my last 3 vehicles with Rob Savien. I am always impressed at hard he works to make a deal happen. He has moved mountains to get me into some of my vehicles including searching other dealerships to find the exact vehicle i want and working with me to get it at a pricepoint that makes me happy..
