We had an appointment booked today to have our furnace and basement fireplace serviced for maintenance. Jake, the technician was prompt and professional and very efficient. I definitely feel that the value for the service provided was very fair and the workmanship was best quality. We just had Brian at our home to service our gas fireplace which was putting out gas fumes and soot. He informed us on what he was going to do to try to get things working again, but was reluctant that it would. After a thorough cleaning and tweaking, he had it burning great. We can’t say enough about his good attitude, professionalism and ability to fix what we thought was a lost cause. Thanks so much 🔥
I have nothing but good things to say. Suresh came out to my place 10 days after I spoke to reception and gave me a quick assessment of what needed to be done. A few days later I received an estimate and parts list. I went forward with the job of installing a wood stove and 2 weeks later 2 contractors arrived at 9AM and began work.
