I arrived around 1:30 pm on September 21 2025. 10/10 hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at any ER, and unfortunately I’ve been to far too many thanks to my clumsiness. The checkin process was quick and easy with the front desk staff, and then the nurse. The volunteer in the lobby was not only kind but also hilarious, she set such a positive tone. I had a very good experience at this ER. YES, the waiting time is long but then again..the whole healthcare system is burdened by a lot of sick people and simply not enough doctors and nurses. But once the wait is over the doctor who saw me was so very kind, she truly listened, and she did NOT quickly write a prescription and send me out BUT RATHER she carefully examined the results and determined medication is not necessary and only to come back if the fever persists beyond a time limit.
