I recently visited the Emergency Department at Chilliwack General Hospital and had a very positive experience. The staff were super kind, professional, and attentive. I felt listened to and well cared for, and everything was explained clearly. I’m truly grateful for the compassion and dedication of the entire team. Thank you!! ♥️

I arrived around 1:30 pm on September 21 2025. 10/10 hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at any ER, and unfortunately I’ve been to far too many thanks to my clumsiness. The checkin process was quick and easy with the front desk staff, and then the nurse. The volunteer in the lobby was not only kind but also hilarious, she set such a positive tone. My wait time was minimal compared to other ER visits, which was phenomenal. I saw Dr. Ryan Gant, everything went even more smoothly. He was extremely kind and attentive. T... read more
