I arrived around 1:30 pm on September 21 2025. 10/10 hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at any ER, and unfortunately I’ve been to far too many thanks to my clumsiness. The checkin process was quick and easy with the front desk staff, and then the nurse. The volunteer in the lobby was not only kind but also hilarious, she set such a positive tone. I had a very good experience at this ER. YES, the waiting time is long but then again..the whole healthcare system is burdened by a lot of sick people and simply not enough doctors and nurses. But once the wait is over the doctor who saw me was so very kind, she truly listened, and she did NOT quickly write a prescription and send me out BUT RATHER she carefully examined the results and determined medication is not necessary and only to come back if the fever persists beyond a time limit. Angels, That word is even small for the humanity and compassion for this hospital’s Emergency responders- front staff. Jenn, you were phenomenal. The whole team of emergency department took such a good care of my mother, and protected and provided support like a beautiful community♥️ May god bless all of you, You all will always be in my prayers♥️🥹 and my mother’s. I couldn’t grab everyone’s names however please just know I appreciate every single one of you whoever was working today. Real Angels.

Emergency is an absolute joke doctors are more concerned about avoiding patients before their shift ends than they are about people suffering. Pathetic excuses of doctors. They will let you suffer here and give you run around answers as to why you aren’t getting care.
