The dentist was great. But I booked an appointment for cleaning, but I've been dealing with personal issues like my car getting broken into and my wallet was stolen And I didn't have time to cancel, and I kinda forgot about the appointment, but they called me. And I'm at work right now. I wish I could come, but I don't have a car or even a debit card but they want me to pay a cancellation fee for 50 dollars, 50 dollars is crazy for a cleaning, just a cleaning. You gonna have to wait for the pay because I can't pay it rn
The staff is wonderful, Miranda is exceptional at her job! If I HAVE to go to the dentist (haha) then I want this office and this staff. Thanks Miranda!!!
My daughter was visiting from out of town and had an infection involving her wisdom teeth, it was a Friday afternoon and Myra at the front desk was a great help, getting her in that afternoon. She went out of her way to help us get everything figured out. So grateful! Much appreciated.! Thank you Myra!!!!
I was struggling to find a Dentist that had a Paediatric specialist that accepted the CDCP until I came across Chilliwack Family Dentistry.. Where the office atmosphere was actually welcoming for kids. All of the staff are super friendly and engage with all the littles coming in. My 2y/o always looks forward to going to appointments and does pretty good during the appointment. I’d highly recommend Chilliwack Family Dentistry.
Not sure if the low reviews are getting deleted but I and at least 5 others I know of, have had extremely judgemental, painful and bad quality experiences at this dentist. I hope they get shut down.
