Trying to find an electric ic company in chilliwack that had installed my BC Hydro air conditioners last summer. I needed to speak with them since I didn’t get an instruction manual. This man went out of his way to help me get in touch with a different electric company in his city. I am vision impaired. And he made sure I had the number to call before we ended our call. Hats off to the staff at Chilliwack. Rob was friendly, punctual and professional. Work was well done and his suggestions were well appreciated. Would recommend for any electrical work you need. I will certainly use them again.

Called and spoke with Mark and told him our issue; an inaccessible GFCI in the crawl space that must have tripped for our shed and heat tape. I told him no panic as it can be repaired before the end of July, that would be awesome. He explained they were busy this week and possibly next. Surprisingly, I got a phone call the next day as one of their guys had some spare time. Rob came out and solved the issue promptly and for a very fair price. We now have an accessible GFCI as per code and easy to reset should a problem occur.

Okay work done. Communication from the company was difficult and the process for starting work was slow. No communication during the work or after the work was done.
