I was a a patient here for many years, even before they moved location from the hospital. My first doctor was great, but she ended up leaving and I was placed with my second doctor. This doctor did as little as possible to help me as possible. The thing that drove me to leave though, was the day I asked for my medical records and was flat out denied even though I know those files are my right. All you have to do is fill out a form. This clinic has been a real blessing. I've had stressful and borderline traumatic experiences with other doctors in the past so going back to getting regular medical treatments and checkups was a real challenge. I've had nothing but good experiences here. I see Kim Andreassen and she's wonderful. She listens to any concerns I have and never dismisses anything I might be worried about or think I need looking into. Kimberley Andreassen, MN-NP, is a true gem! Kind, caring, and very knowledgeable. She helped me through a really tough period in my life and I cannot express enough thanks for the kindness she showed me. Highly recommend more primary care clinics for the personalized service they provide and I strongly advocate for more NPs because they can fill that gap for regular healthcare so many of us need. The Chilliwack primary care clinic is also quite lovely. It's a new building and I love the artwork & design throughout.
