Fernando was a detailed and prompt communicator, and we agreed upon an adjustable base and mattress set-up quickly. He had great prices and did an awesome job with delivery/set up/cleanup. The d set up fee was totally reasonable and worth it. Am planning on using them again when I buy my next mattress.
Called to get some info. Fernando was nice and attentive. Ended call by saying I’d be in on Monday morning (open at 10). I got calls and texts Sunday evening while at dinner and Monday morning by ~9 am. Last one saying he canceled plans the night before to help me and can I at least acknowledge the texts … all this before I was getting ready for the day.
