This company is an absolute joke! I called to set up trash service and was told it would be every week. After I paid, the lady suddenly changed it to twice a month but said I could put out extra bags. Their first pickup was supposed to be on Tuesday (the 1st and 3rd full week of the month), but they never showed. We had about 500 lbs of junk from the yard . $53 is a terrible price to have to pay. Thier rate is $73 a ton !!!!! What's up with that?

I wish there was another option for rural trash service in the 64601 area. This year the prices have increased and I have had my trash picked at least four times in the last 6 months. I have called, I have used the WMA website to try to contact someone and once I had to even load trash into a personal vehicle and take it in myself because it was over two weeks without service. You are definitely lucky if they dump you once a month. We pay to get dumped once a week. It's very frustrating.
