Came here by chance, food was good and service was fast and friendly.
Warning: NOT HALAL They do not use halall meat, despite what is written online. The food was nice, though quite expensive for what it is. Just sadly turns out i ate non-halal food all this time!
The food and service used to be much better three or four years ago, but unfortunately, the standard has declined significantly. The portions have become extremely small more like a starter than a main meal and I still feel hungry afterward. The food is also no longer as tasty, with very little flavour, while the prices have increased and feel far too high for what is provided. Returned here after a very long time after going regularly in 2016 -2017, and god it is still absolutely incredible. Had the roti canai and smoked chicken and it tastes exactly as it used to. Eating here is just straight nostalgia every single time. Best place in newcastle
