I do not normally eat out, but I thought I would give the chilli flames a chance as I had finished work and I thought I’d take the family out. Firstly, the prices. How does anyone charge �2.45 for a soft drink and it’s 330 mL in size? That is beyond me because I thought I was going to get a bigger can. My wrap was served cold. Asked for sauces and no options were given just bought over a medium sauce and that’s all they had left. The person taking orders English wasn’t very good and couldn’t understand basic information. Overall a disappointing visit.
Overpriced. Dry, tasteless food, sofas ripped and tattered. Dirty toilets. Uneaten food left on tables. No big bottles or jugs of water available. A small bottle of water costs �2.49 - please explain?
