I'm very pleased with the service! Vanessa is very sweet, kind, & caring. She values each person & what their desires are. I've wanted laser hair removal for a long time, & she's not just making that dream come true, she's making it an enjoyable, memorable experience. I highly recommend her services!
Vanessa was so attentive to my concerns and desires. I was uncertain as to whether I was going to have the cryotherapy. She explained everything perfectly and worked with me to achieve my desired results. If you’re considering having the treatments, I would highly recommend talking to Vanessa. Awesome facility, very accommodating to scheduling needs and such a wonderful experience!

I had talked to Vanessa about her business and the services she offered for a few years when I would see her out and about in Oakmont. Finally last October she was running a special and I made appointment to talk to her at Chilled to Perfection. The salon is so relaxing and decorated beautifully.
