Very happy with Jacob's workmanship, he installed our ducted reverse cycle in a day, all done and running. Came next day to clean up, and check if everything is OK.
Jacob gave us a very reasonable quote & set a date for a fortnight hence to install our Mitsubishi ducted air conditioning. He and Michael installed it in one day, long hours. Very nice men, working hard & doing a magnificent job. The electrician Mark (very friendly)came the next morning to do his part, then Jacob came back to finish up & show me how to programme it. All in all we are very happy with the whole process and would recommend Chillcraft to anyone.

Absolutely outstanding service from Jacob and the team at Chillcraft. Jacob had our air conditioner diagnosed and fixed in no time and was professional from start to finish. Great communication, turned up when expected, and kept us informed throughout the whole process. It’s hard to find this level of service these days. I honestly couldn't recommend Jacob and the Chillcraft team highly enough. Five stars for sure!
