We were very pleased with the service provided by Jacob and Roland. We have a couple of reverse cycle ducted units in need of a service and one was tripping the safety switch. A capacitor needed to be replaced and Jacob picked up the part in the city and Roland returned next day on the weekend to fit it. Tidy job at a reasonable rate.
Communication as to time of arrival and arrived within time specified. Courteous and friendly service and explanation of problem and which option would best suit. Highly recommend.
