Absolutely outstanding service from Jacob and the team at Chillcraft. Jacob had our air conditioner diagnosed and fixed in no time and was professional from start to finish. Great communication, turned up when expected, and kept us informed throughout the whole process. It’s hard to find this level of service these days. I honestly couldn't recommend Jacob and the Chillcraft team highly enough. Five stars for sure!

I am so grateful for Jacob who got us out of a pickle at work. He was kind enough to fit us in last minute when a job finished earlier than expected.
