I went to the head spa to celebrate my sister’s birthday and had a really pleasant experience there. The environment was very calming and cumulate. The receptionist was really friendly and she tried to welcome us busy as she was. It was my first time visiting Chillax Spa today and I will definitely be coming back! It was a lovely experience. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. I booked a Lymphatic Drainage Massage with Katani today and she was amazing! She made sure I was comfortable the entire process and assured me that at any point if I felt any discomfort at all I can let her know without hesitation. Booked luxury scalp detox exfoliation treatment. Started with scalp, shoulders and arm massage. My practioner Sarah applied heavier pressure as I wanted and really helped relax my muscles and relieve some tension. Facilities were nice, calming, clean and modern. I enjoyed all the stages of the treatment -- waterfall, shampoo, steam, and more. the heated eye cover was a nice detail. I'm looking forward to another visit as a treat for myself!
My mom and I booked a 70 minute head spa treatment. I had Katani, and my mom, Nancy. My mom said Nancy was very strong and had a great overall experience. Katani was very friendly and welcoming, I did upgrade my service with her recommendations of using a specific shampoo/conditioner and a scalp exfoliating for additional 10 mins. I can actually feel a nice difference in my hair. As my hair is quite damaged. It also smells very fragrant. I just had a lovely treatment with Sarah! I had the Luxury Scalp Detox and it was amazing. The entire experience, from beginning to end was perfect! Camila welcomed me very warmly and Sarah was my practitioner. Her hands are magic. She was so gentle and thorough with everything. I did this for my birthday and I think it might become a tradition. Oh, and to finish off, they have me and my aunt who was waiting for me, some lovely tea and chocolate. 100% recommend ☺️
