I went there yesterday (last minute booking) & had head spa for first time ever! Vivian was so helpful & kind, she guided me through few things to how to care for my scalp. & the lady at the front desk was sweet too (didn’t catch her name) will definitely try to go back to them (far from my place 🥹)
My mom and I came here as a special treat for her birthday to do the head spas with Maria and Mia. Amazing service, took their time and we both were so relaxed. It was a great atmosphere very calm and relaxing, and we both now prefer head spas services over a traditional massage! The little touches were phenomenal as well, hot towels, heated weighted eye masks, tea and chocolate after. Whole heartedly recommend!
It was my first time visiting Chillax Spa today and I will definitely be coming back! It was a lovely experience. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. I booked a Lymphatic Drainage Massage with Katani today and she was amazing! She made sure I was comfortable the entire process and assured me that at any point if I felt any discomfort at all I can let her know without hesitation. Amazing staff who helped coordinate a spa day for a bachelorette party. The customer service was beyond exceptional as there was a lot of back and forth arranging multiple appointments for several people. The staff were super helpful and friendly and the bride had such a great time so we really appreciate it. I personally went for the facial spa, which was my first ever, and it was amazing.
