They came right out and found time at the end of a busy day to fit us in. Did a great job and made sure to check the entire system before they left. We would definitely use them again!
Chillax was sent out to our home by our home warranty company. The two guys worked on the *wrong* air handler for several hours and “fixed it”; however, they were working on the wrong handler the entire time they were here and didn’t realize it, and ultimately, they direct wired that air handler (which was not broken to begin with) to bypass the thermostat so that the fan ran constantly. Mack is awesome! I was having the worst time with a clogged thing and then it was leaking as well and he came out the same day and got everything fixed and running so nicely!!! I really appreciate y'all!!!!
