Chillax was sent out to our home by our home warranty company. The two guys worked on the *wrong* air handler for several hours and “fixed it”; however, they were working on the wrong handler the entire time they were here and didn’t realize it, and ultimately, they direct wired that air handler (which was not broken to begin with) to bypass the thermostat so that the fan ran constantly. Mack is awesome! I was having the worst time with a clogged thing and then it was leaking as well and he came out the same day and got everything fixed and running so nicely!!! I really appreciate y'all!!!!

Mack and crew not only showed up when promised, they were early. He also texted me to let me know he was on the way. They took steps and cleaned to a depth I've never experienced before and I'm 66 years old. I've had lots of AC work done in my life. . Cleaned inside and outside the outdoor unit. Went in the attic and completely checked out the inside unit. Professional, personable, respectful! I would have absolutely no problem referring him to anyone interested.
