All I wanted to do was get my conditioning unit checked for leaks and refilled but their customer service was appalling. I have spoken to Fiona (who was friendly and helpful) a number of times and she assured me someone called Paul would return my calls, he never has. When I did finally call and got to speak to Paul (after my 3rd call) he asked me to send him pictures of my units by email which I did, a week later still no response. Is it really too much to ask for some level of customer service? These people do not deserve ... read more
We ordered heat pumps for our new facility which were installed by the chillaire team, they worked around my busy schedule and even sent the extra manpower to ensure the job was done on time. If you want a professional service I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
