Spoke with Mr. Townsend this morning and he was able to come right out and diagnose the problem with my A/C unit let me know it was the capacitor and he was able to get my unit going now I'm ready for the summer I recommend this company to anyone needing to get their A/C serviced.
My outside condenser lost power last night, I called Chill Touch AC this morning. Spoke with Ben, he was able to fit me in and fix the issue in less than an hour and half. Ben kept me informed during the process with photos and video's as I was not at home. I cannot express my appreciation, thank you! Small Local Business, I will support for any of my future needs and will definitely refer.
Came to my residence to diagnose the problem and scheduled for next day repair. Referred to father-in-laws and was able to fix there system that had been inoperable for weeks in and hour. Thank you!
