Alfred confirmed by text that he would be at Logan to pick us up but never showed up and did not bother to text or give heads up that he was pulling a no show. To make things worse it was late at night and we travelled without car seats so we depended heavily on him. I should have known better because a friend had a similar experience and cautioned us against using his services but the lack of alternative taxi services with car seats is an issue in this area. I have used Chill Out many times when returning to Logan after a trip. I know that I will have a comfortable, safe, and reliable ride from a professional driver. I also appreciate the flat rate to and from the airport as the other services have become so unpredictable with their fares.
