Eyebrows looked very nice but communication was awkward and poor, and my sister had part of her skin injured when she got hers done after mine. ((Edited because I got my feedback across. Also, Shane, I am reviewing after a few months because it sat with me like a rock this entire time and I needed to do *something* with it. Just because 5 months passed does not mean the experience disappeared.))
I will no longer be coming to this salon purely on principle. I have visited many times in the past for nails, lashes, and other services, and I will say the staff are always lovely and have done a great job when I’ve actually been seen. When I first started coming, I would usually walk in without a booking. Even though they could fit me in, I would still end up waiting 20–30 minutes before my appointment even began. I just had the best pedicure I’ve ever had with Cathy! She was incredibly gentle, so attentive, and her attention to detail was next level. I absolutely loved the whole experience. The vibe of the salon is gorgeous too — beautiful pink décor and the friendliest team. All the ladies were so warm and welcoming. I won’t go anywhere else now. Highly recommend!
This is my first time trying this salon for my nails. I was really happy with the experience and the nails/ shape was exactly what I asked for. The lady with the light hair was lovely and it was a perfect pedicure. Mia (I believe is her name) did my nails very efficiently while making sure I was happy every step of the way. Will definitely be going back
