Hello, This was roughly my 5th time coming to this icecream shop and I would like to start out by pointing how friendly and kind the young employees are. They make it a great experience and I like that there are kids around my age working there, I think it’s really cool. Awesome flavors and good service.
One of the worst experiences I ever had at this location. It was a beautiful Sunday evening and only a few people in front of me when I placed my order for two ice creams TO GO and stepped out to take a phone call since there were 3 people ahead of me... the teens in there were playing around and not only made my ice cream before the people in front of me but they left it open and exposed on the counter with a different customer standing over it licking a spoon and grabbing another ice cream over mine. Came to this spot cause I was in the area and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. Apparently they cool the ice cream with Nitrogen or something like that.
