Went the other day and was so disappointed. I don’t live anywhere near a Chill-N and I was so excited to go. I got cake batter ice cream with cookie dough (a pint size) and the whole thing tasted like bananas. It was gross and a total waste of money. They need to make sure to clean their supplies because I spent almost $20 on a pint of ice cream just for it to taste like the totally wrong flavor.
Employees talking for 15 minutes sitting on counters instead of helping customers. Only 1 employee was helping while 2 in the back stood and gossiped. Unbelievable.
