We got our geo-thermal unit from Chill Air in 2013. It stopped on a Friday and they could not service us quickly. I called another company that arrived in hours but DID not thoroughly examine just in 10 minutes wanted to sell us a 7 to 10 thousand dollar new unit. When I spoke to Shaun at Chill Air about this he stated he was certain this was not needing replacement. Chill Air technician checked, replaced the capacitor on the starter motor and within an hour on the Monday and all is well for $200.00. Honest company, good pro... read more
