Very disappointed with our recent takeout order from ChiliSpot, especially after driving 20 miles to pick it up. We ordered the popcorn chicken and explicitly requested it spicy, but it came out overly sweet and dripping in oil. The chicken and shrimp fried rice was also completely bland and lacked any real seasoning. For a spot known for bold flavors, this was a major letdown and definitely not worth the drive.
Great delicious authentic Chinese dishes and reasonable prices. However, most food are a little spicy ... depending on individual's taste.
Wonton, spicy chicken, chefs beef were all very tasty. Extremely friendly staff.
Most items are prepared and thus not taste fresh. We ordered five dishes including spicy fish. All came to our table in about five minutes. This is not the way Chinese restaurants used to make foods. Too much focus on flavor and taste.
